Angie joined SOS in 2025 as an Adoption Coordinator after first discovering the organization on social media while searching for a dog to adopt in 2024.

Although she ultimately adopted her dog Birdie through another rescue, SOS stayed on her radar. After bringing Birdie home, Angie knew she wanted to get involved in rescue work herself, and she was especially drawn to the care and thoughtfulness SOS puts into matching each dog with the right home.

Having experienced firsthand what it feels like to find the perfect dog, Angie loves being part of helping other scruffs and adopters find that same connection.

Outside of SOS, Angie enjoys spending time with Birdie, baking, and getting lost in a good book.
