Felicia has been part of the SOS family since 2015, starting as Transport Manager and now serving as a Transport Coordinator. She first discovered the organization through social media and has been helping scruffs get where they need to go ever since.

Over the years, Felicia has become an integral part of the transport team, combining her SOS experience with the project management skills she's built in her professional career. Whether it's coordinating rides or helping solve last-minute logistics challenges, she's always ready to jump in and keep things moving.

Outside of SOS, Felicia loves spending quality time with her family at their cottage, cooking Italian food, and cheering from the sidelines while her kids play sports.

Fun fact: During a speech at her wedding, SOS got a shoutout and the guests responded by barking. Honestly, it sounds like her kind of crowd.
