LAUREL came to Save Our Scruff in 2019 as our Bio Writer (now Content Strategist). That’s right, she is the marvel behind those adorable dog bios that so many in the Save Our Scruff community know and love. She reached out to Save Our Scruff in the hopes of supporting something she was passionate about (dogs…duh) and luckily for her, and for us, and for the cute adoptable faces ready for their close-up, she joined the team. In her role, she has also written for the Save Our Scruff monthly newsletter, developed written content for the website and social media, and, of course, can always be found writing more dog bios.
When she’s not writing, she’s typically out hiking, running, drawing, or doing just about anything else creative.
