This cutie was rescued off the streets where he was extremely malnourished and was suffering from pneumonia. If no one from Dogs and Cats of the Dominican Republic had stepped in, he would most likely not have made it. He is extremely intelligent and learns very fast. His now parents learned just as quickly that he was the dog for them, and he was quickly scooped up!
