He’s a stud and he knows it, meet MATT DAMON! Yes, those are his real ears. Just like any star who has been on the cover of People magazine, MATT DAMON likes attention and can be a bit bossy at times. He is on the more active side and would not be happy living that couch potato life or being in a crate all day. He loves to run around so a secure outdoor space like a backyard would be ideal for him. He hasn’t really been exposed to city life as he’s living on a large property in the country. He plays hard and then naps hard which is basically the only time he’s sitting still. MATT DAMON lives with a number of other dogs and is trying to play with them constantly. He’s not the best at reading social cues so even if another dog lets out a little growl to say they’re not interested he’s like ya, whatever, LET’S PLAY! He would do very well in a home with another active, rambunctious dog and then maybe his people could actually find time to squeeze in a quick nap. He was not housetrained when he first arrived and tried to mark on some things in the home. With diligent training from his foster, including frequent bathroom breaks and use of a belly band, he is now housetrained! Considering he does try to mark though he may attempt to do this when he first arrives in his new home so a couple of accidents are to be expected. He is super friendly and outgoing and hasn’t really shown any fear yet, even when it comes to meeting new people. He is quiet in the home however did not appreciate spending the day at the vet clinic with his foster and was barking at every dog he saw while he was there. He was great with all humans at the clinic and has been very dog social in all other situations. He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids. MATT DAMON would love a home where his people won’t cater too much to his diva tendencies but still give him lots of attention and playtime. If that’s you fill out an application to adopt at now!
